Pago is a young man living simply in his village. On a black Christmas Eve, he lost his entire family to the hands of the ruthless Ideologists, a group of miscreants who go about stealing, killing, and destroying lives.

Pago is taken into captivity. He is forced to spend a whole year in the camp of the Ideologists. In this story, Pago narrates his ordeal, fear, despair, and how he found hope and love in a most unlikely place.

Juwon is a pastor faced with persecution—he has to choose to either obey man and continue living a life of comfort, or obey God and sign up for hardship and uncertainty.

In the Jungle tells the story of man’s inhumanity to man, and the unmatchable power of God to save and to deliver.
