The book titled, "WICKEDNESS DESTROYS THE WICKED" is the story about an orphan, Jaiyeola left in the care of his wicked stepmother and her son who mistreated him badly. One day, an elderly woman Jaiyeola helped rewarded him with a magic agbalumo seed that germinated, matured, blossomed and brought out ripe fruits within twelve hours it was planted.
The wicked stepmother and her son's attempt to lay claim to the magic tree and its fruits were met with great resistance from Jaiyeola. Therefore the stepmother threatened to cut down the tree.
