I did not write this book to teach people unknown information. My intention is to remind them of knowledge they already possesses. As a matter of fact, you will find that most people already know the information that I have written. But to a degree, people forget these matters and its evident truth, and are not consciously aware of them in their daily lives.
The benefit of reading this book does not just come from reading it once. As one might find only a few bits of new information. One would derive great benefit, however, from constant review for self improvement as when you constantly review important ideas, they will beat the forefront of your consciousness and you will continuously be able to apply them.
This book must be studied, thoroughly digested, and re-read individually and by study groups, as discussions of this work would be particularly enlightening.
